    • TIE preparation, form and fee guidance, and help with the appointment process after approval. Personal attendance is required where applicable; an appointment date or immigration decision cannot be guaranteed. In-person accompaniment is not included.

    Who handles it

    Juan Bertomeu (ICALI 4643) has looked after foreign buyers on this coast since 1991: more than 1,000 purchases. Daniel Bertomeu, lawyer and tax adviser, handles the tax side and the residence papers.

    Juan takes on around one new purchase a week, so he can be in every one. You deal with the two of them and their team, from our offices in Moraira and Dénia or entirely online.

    Is the non-lucrative visa the right route for me?

    It is a residence route for people who can support themselves in Spain without working. It does not authorise employment, professional activity or remote work. We review your plans before recommending a route; if you intend to keep working, tell us at the start.

    Do I need all my documents before contacting you?

    No. Start with a short message. Once we understand the route and scope, we explain which documents are relevant, what you already have and what still needs arranging.

    Can you help if I am applying with my family?

    Yes. Each adult family member is €490 more and children under 18 are €250 each for the first two children; from the third child, included, VAT included, with their own application and card, prepared together with yours. We review each person's circumstances and which family route applies.

    Do I have to buy private health insurance?

    We review the health cover you can rely on in Spain, including whether you have an accepted right to public healthcare or need suitable private insurance. The evidence depends on your circumstances and the application.

    Does the service include my TIE card?

    Yes. Your TIE card is inside the price: after approval and arrival we prepare the card stage. You must attend any required fingerprint appointment yourself. Official fees, travel and in-person accompaniment are separate.
