2. Can I sell my property in Spain 100% online?

Yes. Many of our clients complete the entire sale without travelling to Spain. We arrange Power of Attorney, coordinate with the notary and handle all paperwork remotely.

3. When should I contact you — before listing or before accepting an offer?

Ideally before listing. We can review your title, identify potential issues early and make sure everything is ready when a buyer appears. If you already have an offer, we can still step in.

4. What exactly do you review before I sign a reservation / arras contract?

We check the terms, deadlines, deposit clauses and any risk for you as a seller. We also verify that your property documentation is complete and compliant.

Yes. We always agree a fixed fee before starting work. No percentage-based fees and no hidden extras.

6. Where do you work?

7. Can you help with NIE, bank account, and after-sale tax compliance?

Yes. We handle capital gains tax calculations, plusvalía municipal, the 3% non-resident retention, and any post-sale legal or tax obligations.

8. How long does the sale usually take?

A typical property sale takes between 4 and 12 weeks from accepting an offer to notary signing, depending on the complexity and the parties involved.
